When does an order ship?
In-stock pieces leave the Basel studio within three working days. Chairs with a leather specification are made to the sample and take two to four weeks. The product page says which one you are looking at.
What does complimentary shipping cover?
Orders over $250 ship free inside the continental US and Switzerland. Below that, a flat $18 covers parcel pieces. Lounge chairs and tables are quoted at checkout because the crate changes the number.
Can I return a chair?
Unused pieces in original packaging can come back within 30 days. You pay the return freight on large items unless we shipped the wrong specification. Cushions that have been sat on are not unused.
Do the color swatches match the room?
Swatches on the product are the finish names we use in the workshop: Beige, Black, Blue, Brown, Gray, Green, Orange, Red, Yellow. Screens shift them. If you are buying a set, order one chair first or ask the studio for a sample.
How do wishlist and compare work?
Both live in this browser. Wishlist keeps pieces you are not ready to buy. Compare lines up to four products with price, brand, and stock. Nothing is emailed unless you join the list.
What if a piece is sold out?
The wine bottle lantern is the current example. Add your email on the product page and we write once, when that finish is back. We do not use the address for anything else.
Do you sell trade?
Studios and architects can request a trade account from the contact form. We reply with lead times and a net price sheet. The public site stays the retail price.
